Covid harms the immune system immensely. Hence it would help if you took a healthy diet to regain your immunity back. Once you regain your immunity, you will feel as energetic and fit as before. Several effects come up after this infection. It makes you weak, and it trenches your mental and physical energy. It is our responsibility to make your body healthy and fit by giving you a proper diet and precaution plan so that your life can come back on track.

Turmeric milk

Dry fruits: Soaked Almonds, Raisins, Munakka, and walnut because of the summer season right now. In winter, you can consume the dry fruits directly. Dry fruits are a great source of vitamins and minerals and strengthen immunity. You can have a handful of dry fruits in the morning to manage stress management. They are great for the adults and the kids too.
